The first step is a brief phone consultation to go over your property or redesign/renovation project. It's important to ensure that I am the right person for your specific job, as not all projects are a good fit. The next step is to schedule an on-site or virtual appointment with me.
Below are some of the services I offer, with links to explore each in more depth. Rates for services are as follows:

Flat Hourly Rate: $95.00 per hour (2 hr. minimum)

Occupied Staging Consultation: Starts at $250.00 for 2-3 hours

Paint Color Consultations: $250.00 for 2-3 hours

Refresh/Redesign Package: $450.00 for 5 hour package (package hours must be consumed within 3 months.)

Staging a home while it is being lived in poses a whole host of challenges, and it is my job to help you navigate them. When it comes to occupied staging, the goal isn't to make the property look pretty—the goal is to make it marketable, to sell quickly and for the most money!
The first step in staging a lived-in property involves assessing the current contents of your home and figuring out how to use and arrange your existing furnishings to enhance its appeal to potential buyers. Any recommendations for upgrades or renovations are aimed at presenting your home in the best possible light, considering your timeline and budget.
