A successful home refresh or renovation project requires time, patience, skill, coordination, and planning – but what if you don't have any of the above?  That's where I come in, helping you navigate through the complexities of the process to save you time, money, and headaches. I work closely with you to understand your vision, provide valuable insights, and assemble a great team of designers, contractors, and suppliers - keeping the team of professionals accountable and on track is my superpower.

 

When it comes to design and renovation management, my job title hovers somewhere around Project Coordinator, Curator and Owner's Representative. With a passion for organization, collaboration, and design, I bring a unique blend of creative flair, effective planning, and meticulous project management expertise to every project.

 

I work with my clients to integrate innovative design solutions with efficient project coordination from concept to completion. With strong communication and leadership skills, I endeavor to foster collaborative relationships with our clients and their team of design and building professionals.

Every project is unique and before we get started the first step is for me to really understand the scope of your project, your needs, expectations, timeline, and budget.  From there I can help to determine the best way that I can serve you and facilitate your project.

How do we do this?  Well, we set up an initial call to discuss your project and if it seems like we are a fit, then a site visit is next up and we can discuss your project in more detail.

​

You don't have to have a supersize project to bring me on board; perhaps you need help with a few specific renovation tasks or maybe you just need someone to cover you while you are out of town or maybe you need a whole lotta help with a full remodel - whatever the scope - I've got you covered!

  • Initial consultation to discuss vision and goals.

  • Establish budget and timeline.

  • Project Planning - outlining tasks, milestones, design, materials, and the various construction phases.

  • Budget management and file and document organization.

  • Design Coordination - collaborate with trade professionals to ensure that design concepts align with homeowners' preferences and project goals.

  • Research permitting requirements.

  • Vendor and Contractor research, interviewing, and selection (architects, builders, painters, designers, etc.)

  • Review vendor contracts, plans, drawings, and elevations.

  • Scheduling - develop project schedule and coordinate tasks.

  • Obtain vendor & material estimates.

  • Site supervision and problem-solving.

  • Vendor communication and change management.

  • Homeowner communication - provide regular updates on project progress, changes, and any important decisions that need to be made.

  • Oversee installation of furniture, art, and decor

  • Final inspection and project closure

  • Establish maintenance plan and organize appliance documents and warranties
